Every ticket you buy will go towards saving lives. It ensures RNLI lifeboat crews around the UK are ready, 24/7, whenever an emergency arises and helps our lifeguards keep thousands of beachgoers safe. It provides our lifesavers with essential training, kit and equipment – all crucial to their safety and the conditions they face. And it inspires our family of volunteers and staff who work tirelessly to raise awareness and funds, both vital to the future of our lifesaving service and our goal of reducing drowning.

In 2024, the RNLI received £3,056,026 in Lifeboat Lottery ticket sales and 72% of money raised by the Lifeboat Lottery went directly towards the RNLI contributing towards its lifesaving mission, 2% on prizes and 26% on expenses.

How to play

Our Summer Lifeboat Lottery launched on 30 June 2025 and all entries need to be returned to us by 21 August 2025. Tickets cost £1 or £10 for a book of 10. Buy yours from 30 June 2025 by calling us on 0300 300 9920 (weekdays, 8am to 6pm). For more information, please email [email protected]. The draw will take place on 8 September 2025 and we will contact you if you are one of the lucky winners! To take part, you must be aged 18 or over. Underage gambling is an offence.
