St Asaph Masons Lodge donate to Rhyl RNLI
The donation was presented last Thursday (24 April) evening at the last meeting of the season.
Alex Wenger, Master of the St Asaph Lodge, presented a £1000 donation to retired Rhyl RNLI Coxswain Peter Robinson, who had given the attendees a talk on the history of the Rhyl Lifeboat Station.
Peter Robinson said: 'I’d like to thank the St Asaph Lodge for their warm welcome this evening, where it was a pleasure to receive a very kind donation on behalf of the crew and station. A further £191 was also raised from attendees purchasing items from our pop-up RNLI Shop at the event. All monies raised will go towards saving lives at sea along the North Wales coast.'
