
Ladies Darts hit double top for Littlestone RNLI and Dungeness RNLI
On RNLI Ladies Darts League presentation evening both stations were presented with £1000 cheques.
On Friday evening the annual award ceremony and prize draw took place at the Institute in Lydd, where prizes were awarded for winning the leagues, as well as various other competitions.
The RNLI Ladies darts league play at local pubs in the Romney Marsh area and raised over £3000 pounds during their summer and winter leagues. The league annually run a prize draw which this year had a top prize of £200, all proceeds going to the charity that saves lives at sea.
June Beaumont the RNLI Ladies darts league secretary presented £1000 cheques to RNLI volunteers Peter Leigh Senior Helm from Littlestone RNLI and Jon Morgan Coxswain from Dungeness RNLI. Jon in his speech thanked the League for their support and the funds raised for the RNLI.

The RNLI charity saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24-hour search and rescue service around the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland coasts.
