RNLI Water Safety Passport Upper Primary

Stay safe and have fun in and around the water, and collect virtual stamps as you learn.

This workshop develops upper-primary children's water safety knowledge by familiarising them with the Water Safety Code:

  1. Stop and think.
  2. Stay together.
  3. Float.
  4. Call 999 or 112.

They’ll learn how to identify a range of dangers, plan for a day out and recognise an emergency, in addition to learning about the effect of cold water on their bodies.

Via this activity they will also learn about the work of RNLI lifeboat crews and seasonal lifeguards.
